New development project - "Airport Concepts" starts in August!

Airport Concepts –projects starting in August 2011 aims in creating new “turnkey service concepts” for international airport customers by combining and complementing Airport Cluster Finland member companies’ product and service offerings.  Examples of these service concepts are:

• Service concepts for Winter conditions
• Service concept for Airside lightning, electronics, weather monitoring
• Terminal solutions: Passenger flow solutions, safety and security solutions in terminals
• Airport Planning & Construction concepts: Airport area and Airport concepts 
• Terminal service solutions: B2C services in terminals, Design and Implementation

During the Airport Concepts –project the developed turnkey service concepts are also test marketed in the Airport&Aviation Events and fairs to collect the real customer expectations and feedback.  

Airport Concepts is funded by European Regional Development Fund, 13 member companies and Vantaa Innovation institute. Project starts in August 2011 and will end in December 2013.
